A great property , and some very good tips- warning signs with regards to the Lease, service charge and ground rent. Hopefully the new Lease Reform Act has put 'paid to people being ripped off! Why don't they just scrap the leasehold system altogether.Scotland did a few years back. Anyway I'm looking forward to the end result! It's Fulham. The end value should be good!

how much did you pay for the freehold?... what if the freeholder does not want to sell?... how did you come up with the price of the freehold? ...can you take the freeholder to the tribunal if they refuse to sell?

Strictly regarding property though, if you're single and managed to get on the property ladder then you should be renting. However if you have a family, renting is a lot harder so you may want to live in your own house. But if you have a similar thinking spouse and you guys have managed to get on the property ladder, renting will eventually make you guys rich; or EXTREMELY comfortable at the very least!

I can't lie, property is good, but it's a lot of work for the hassle it beings. Great for solidifying and diversifying your portfolio though. However if you have a fairly ok understanding of digital assets, then you should be putting 60% of your wealth within that. But that's not financial advice and I'm faaarr from a financial advisor; he 👆 is though 😇
